About Creative Cloud on Mac OS Catalina

I am a newbie user, i wanted to try adobe illustrator, photoshop, indesign so i installed them with Creative Cloud software on Mac OS and Windows 10. After installation on Mac OS i started trail for these 3 software and adobe illustator showed me "your trail is done" but adobe photoshop and indesign started trail without problem. When i installed adobe illustrator, photoshop, indesign on windows 10 trail started without problem. How can i start adobe illustrator's trail on Mac OS without problem?
