Hi, I am new user of Adobe. I buy the product yesterday and i try to load in my computer. But whole programs aren't loading. Creative Cloud program and the others didn't load. It stops %20 max while loading. What should i do?

As a next step please download and run the CC Log Collector tool from http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and then contact our support team at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html for direct assistance.  The log collector tool will upload the install logs and allow our support team to provide guided assistance with resolving the difficulties you are facing, Canrozcan.

Canrozcan, what type of Creative Cloud membership did you purchase?  What Adobe application are you trying to install?  Do you ever receive an error message?

I purchased the plan for students. Creative Cloud and all the programs. I had an error message once and it was sayin "The loading failed. There is another loader working, please stop before loading." and sth like that. I wasn't loading any other thing at that time but it said like that.

Thanks for the additional information, Canrozcan.  Are you using the school's network, if so please check with your education institutions Creative Cloud administrator for details on how to install the software, through the membership you received?
