About serial numbers when installing CS 6

Hi,

I tried to install CS 6 in my laptop, but i cannot do that, cause they say that my serial number is wrong. It just cannot be the wrong one, cause i don't have any other. So what to do?

I had to recovery my system so that's the reason that i am installing CS 6 again in my laptop. So could be that the reason why they say it's the wrong one? Cause i am already register the number, when i last time install my product?

    you have 3 ways to recover a serial number that you once had:

     

    1. if you purchased from or registered with adobe (automatically done with cs6), you can check your account, https://accounts.adobe.com

     

     2. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer,

    I know how to find the serial number, but when i am installing the product and when they asking serial number and i but it there, they say it's wrong.
