Absolutely Horrendous Customer Service

Hello. I have never had such a frustrating experience with customer service in my life. A couple weeks ago I tried to cancel my subscription which is the Creative Cloud Photography plan with 1TB of storage. After six attempts on the Adobe website I kept getting error messages telling me this is wrong or that's wrong or sorry we can't complete this request at the moment and finally my cancellation request went through, or so I thought. I woke up yesterday to see $29.11 taken from my account by Adobe, which I found odd considering I cancelled my subscription. But apparently that request didn't go through either. I spent all day and night with customer service chat agents yesterday trying to resolve the issue and it seemed the closer I got to being refunded and cancelling my subscription, they would end the chat and disconnect me. This happened not once, not twice, BUT EIGHT TIMES. I was polite each time despite the treacherous treatment I received and there was no reason for me to be disconnected that many times. After 48 whole hours of me trying to resolve this issue, it never got resolved. After being told numerous times I was able to be refunded I never got refunded. I will never use Adobes services again. This is incredibly disappointing.

Cancellations & refunds often take several business days to be processed, depending on your bank & region.

If you cancelled through the Adobe automated system as claimed, you have an email confirmation.  Check your spam folder.

And as @kglad said, contact with an official Adobe agent is recorded in your support history panel. Log-in below and update your CASE # as required.

if you used chat there's a written record which, assuming you cancelled in a timely manner, will prove you're entitled to a refund.

do you have that record?
