ACC won't install or run.

Installed ACC, tried to launch, and get the message: ACC is needed to resolve this problem.  However it is missing or damaged.  Please download and install a new copy.  I do that, and the same thing happens over and over.  I've done uninstalls, restarted, etc. to no avail.
