Access adobe cloud libraries with another adobe ID

I have an enterprise client with over 130 Adobe CC users. This client is changing their domain name, hence each employee will have a new email address.

They are worried that when a user try to access his/her Adobe Cloud libraries with the new ID, they will not see their libraries and assets. What is the best option we should suggest to them in this case?

Correct answer Abambo

Your clients users need to change the primary id, they do not need to create a new id.

on Adobe.com log into your Adobe id and go to "Manage account". Go to Account (there is an Edit button):

I've checked, this works also for a teams license.

The new id cannot be in use as an Adobe id already. As I suppose that anyhow, the old domain name will still be needed to be kept for a while, you can do that step by step at the user's pace.

Thank you Abambo for the detailed process. I'm going to take this to the client and test it on at least one user for now and will report back here.

You can try it out beforehand with a simple test account. Using an unused old computer, create an environment for testing purpose. After that go to your client and do a real test.

FYI: I did the change myself a few month ago, because I changed my Adobe id for my ACP account. Same domain, but different id (e-mail).
