Access blocked for security reasons
Hi,
my daugther cannot login, her access was 'blocked for security reasons'. Even though she was entering correct code from authenticator app (code was turning green) she could not proceed.
Now she is redirected to support community, but in order to post/receive help she needs to login.
This is crazy. I had to use some other account to post this message. Anyone knows what we need to do?
I think Adobe won't bother answering...
