Access denied _ ADOBE Illustrator CC 2018

I am a subscriber for the use of Adobe illustrator CC 2018 and I pay € 19.90 every month, but I cannot use the program from Friday 15 March. I am denied access! I need to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Can I speak in Italian with some operators?

That sounds like issues with licensing in the Creative Cloud app or your user folder. Can you try if anything in this thread helps?
