Accidental Cancel of Account

I had accidentally cancelled my account and current plan. I am in need of fixing it as soon as possible. I am a college student in need of the programs immediately for my project asap. The upgrade and cancellation process is difficult and frustrating to deal with and understand. I really do need my programs back as soon as able. This was an accident and me merely trying to upgrade and by a singular program extra.

It's a bad idea to use your e-mail address as a public facing forum screen name.  Robots and spammers will flood your inbox with junk mail.   You can change it from your account profile page.

Hi there,

Apologies for the poor experiene. I have escalated your order details to reactive the subscription. You should be able to change/upgrade the existing plan within next 2-3 days.

Contact the customer service for a refund of the early termination fee. You need to take a new subscription, but you can negotiate that in the same chat. Type « agent » to avoid speaking to the AI bot.
