Accidental cancellation

I accidentally cancelled my adobe annual subscription, and it says it will charge me for the remaining months, however, upon trying to explain my mistake they said that I have to start a new subscription and would lose money. They were very unhelpful in explaining anything or trying to understand my situation.

I consider this would be a simple issue and they could just reactivate my account and carry it on as normal. i do not want to start a new subscription and throw away my money

I hold my hands up to the initial mistake, In my line of work I am juggling a few accounts and wasn't paying attention to the fact my personal account was an annual sub, but it seems pretty bad that I can't find a phone number or get a straight answer form a chat rep.

If anyone can help pls let me know.

you need to do the following:

Contact Adobe support again, ask them to book a new subscription on your behalf (it is not possible revigorate a canceled subscription if I’m correct) and to refund the early termination fee. If the agent does say that this is not possible insist and ask to talk to an upper level support person. Report back if there is no helpful action coming from Adobe support.

Please post then your case number. We will escalate then this matter.
