Accidental cancellation
I accidentally cancelled my adobe annual subscription, and it says it will charge me for the remaining months, however, upon trying to explain my mistake they said that I have to start a new subscription and would lose money. They were very unhelpful in explaining anything or trying to understand my situation.
I consider this would be a simple issue and they could just reactivate my account and carry it on as normal. i do not want to start a new subscription and throw away my money
I hold my hands up to the initial mistake, In my line of work I am juggling a few accounts and wasn't paying attention to the fact my personal account was an annual sub, but it seems pretty bad that I can't find a phone number or get a straight answer form a chat rep.
