Question

Accidentally deleted Adobe's .html and .css files, now all Adobe start screens are not working.

I somehow deleted an Adobe html and css file (index 12.16.52PM.html and fnft-styles.css). It must have been the code associated with the welcome/new project screen, because now whenever I open an Adobe app, (or at least photoshop, illustrator and indesign...) the welcome screen is just totally.. not right. It is unusable, the words are kind of there but there are no search windows, photographs, nothing... when I open the program itself the progran looks normal, but when I click file/new it is the messed up looking screen agian. The files are in my trash and I have tried dragging them out onto my desktop, but still not working. I have tried uninstalling all of the adobe apps I had as well as the whole creative cloud program. I have a 2019 mac book pro.

Thank you! I am going to try that now and I'll post an update.

Let me move this to the Get Started forum for you, which is a more appropriate location.

Generally speaking, you are better off posting to the product-specific forum for product questions. Get Started is good for help with CC and TCS in general. Community Help is for help in using the forums.
