Accidentally deleted CC, now I can't download creative cloud or app manager

Hello,

I foolishly deleted my cc instead of uninstalling it and now when I go to install cc I get an error saying that I have to download the app manager first. When downloading the app manager I get an error that links me to "adobe's supervisor program" which then says the app has been disconnected. So I followed the troubleshooting instructions to uninstall cc but when I click on the uninstall I get an error saying that I must download the app manager in order to uninstall but I cannot download the app manager.

Ahhbee92 if you have removed the uninstaller Alias then I would recommend uninstalling all Adobe Creative software and then using the CC Cleaner tool as described in solution 2.

Ahhbee92 I would recommend utilizing the steps listed in Error "Failed to Install" Creative Cloud Desktop application - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop.html to reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application.

Those were actually the troubleshooting instructions that I had been looking at. The "Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud" (step2) is an alias on my computer because I accidentally deleted it. I tried to use the "Uninstall Adobe After Effects CC" one that was not an alias which said I needed the application manager to do so, which I am also not able to download and get the error message linking me to adobe's supervisor program which has been disconnected apparently.
