Accidentally having multiple emails / 2 Adobe ID's for one person. Is refund possible?
I understand this was my fault but I had no idea. I have been getting charged twice for over a year now. I know how to cancel my other account but I wanted to wait to show the customer support that it really is just me with two accounts (by accident). I would say forget the refund but since it has been over a year that is just a lot of money to ignore.
If anyone knows any information at all on this that would be so helpful. Thank you.
