ACCOUNT AND ACCESS ISSUES NEW INDESIGN SUBSCRIPTION

I got a brand new 30 days subscription of Indesign for 30.34 GBP on 29 May 2020..   The next day (today) I cannot access the paid version

I log in with my correct email and password but I cannot access the premium version I have paid for. I also found Adobe does not have a selection in support where you can tell your problem.

I have the paid subscription but am unable to use it and wonder if Adobe has a phone number? I want life to be simple and easy. My purchase receipt tells me I can cancel in 14 days for a full refund. Can I cancel now please for a full refund

I am using the forum because I have done my best to locate a place in adobe support where I can ask why I have only the free version after paying for the paid version. I think I have average intelligence and should not need to struggle with products that are very difficult to use. It means the fault does not lie totally on my side. We purchase to find convenience and when we have inconvenience instead we want out!

Thanks

Mohini
