Account issue: Impossible to contact support

Question

I have a problem accessing an account on which I have an active CreativeCloud plan.

I am regularly checking this link Contact Customer Care but the chat is always unavailable.

Is there a way around? I see there is a phone contact option, but can't get to the number.

What chat are you trying to reach (country)? When I go through all the links, I get a nice chat option either 24/24 and 7/7 or at least a chat option during office hours depending if I’m using a localized (languages like French, German, Italian) or an international chat option (English).

I also always get a or more phone number(s) shown. And I never had a problem reaching out for a chat partner in a reasonable time frame.

Please post the last screen as a screenshot that you reach. Edit out any of your private data beforehand.
