account subscriptions

Hello,

I am at a dead end.

I registered with ADOBE DC which is awesome.

Noticed ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD, but never used it.  Assumed it was a trial license or something like that.

Now noticed a charge on my credit card for ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD.

ADOBE 1st level support weren't overly useful.  Wondering if anyone in the community has experienced this before? And if anyone has ideas on next course of action.
