Account was deactivated

I purchased the PS CS5 Extended student edtion in 2011 and installed on my mac - my mac has now died and I've purchased a new one and need to install my PS purchase on my new computer. I have the original purchase email - when I try to login to download the order again it tells me my account was deactivated. In order to get any help I've had to create this new account and post here - hoping someone can help me with reactivating my account and downloading my purchase onto my new computer? Many thanks in advance.

If you purchased the student version you had to be in school to do that. Are you still IN SCHOOL?

Thanks for replying, John. I do have that email address, as well as the original order number. When I go to log in, my adobe ID (which was that email address), it tells me the account was deactivated so I cannot sign in to access it. I don't know why it was deactivated. It says to contact someone for help. Can this account be reactivated? If not, I obviously would still like to continue using the expensive software that I purchased and will need a representative to help me some other way.

If you purchased and registered the software using your education account, the software is linked to that email address

You will need to log in to Adobe using the email that is linked to the purchase to download the files

    Program installers https://www.adobe.com/gr_en/downloads/other-downloads.html

If you don't have that email information, I don't think anyone will be able to help

For anyone else reading this, be sure to copy every file you download to an external drive (or 2 or 3) so you never have to hunt for download links if they are moved again... also make a text file containing ALL of your serial numbers and copy that file as well
