I down loaded acr 8.3, how do I install it in elements 11 need the up grade for new camera pentax k3

pse 11 can only be updated up to cr 8.0
download the stand-alone dng converter, http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=5694
or upgrade pse 11, to pse 12, http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-elements/buying-guide.displayTab3.html
