ACR6.7 download for CS5

I have downloaded ACR6.7 but do not know how to get it into CSR5/Bridge. Any help would be appreciated.

    You can utilize the Task Manager/Activity Monitor to end the Bridge process.

    Thanks. I have tried this, but I get a message to exit Bridge even though Bridge is not up. So I am still stuck.
