Acrobat 10 and Distiller no longer start in CS6

I have CS6 - (design and web prem).

I used to have Acrobat 10 and Distiller as part of this.

Tried to load both recently and they do not start?

PH, FW, DW etc all work fine.

Any clues people?

    OK,

    Win7 pro, i7/3820, 32GB RAM, 2 x 256SSD, 1 x 2TB SATA3, 2 x 670 VGA.

    Office 2013, Symantec EP AV.

    System is 12 months old - recently re-built because I despise Windows 8 and re-installed Win7 Pro (MS Partner software).

    Point being it used to work and then stopped?

    Adobe info as above.

    Basically  you click on the program file in the start menu and there is a brief pause and then nothing happens?

    Only difference I can see that has any relationship is th installation of Adobe Reader XI? (as Pro used to taker ages to start when reading simple pdf files)

    Known issue with Reader XI. Run the Acrobat Cleaner Tool, reinstall.
