I have installed cloud. Acrobat won't launch. I've uninstalled and the Adobe Application Manager tells me I've already installed and won't let me reinstall. This is where a disk would come in handy 🙂

Do you have a solution?

Hi TSPRECHER,

Are you on Windows or Mac?

Did you uninstall either by going to

Mac HD > Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers (Mac OS X)

Control Panel > Programs & Features (Windows 7)

I would first double check it got removed

You could try the cleaner tool here too:
