Acrobat 7.0 Fehlermeldungen

Hallo Miteinander,

ich bekomme ständig nach dem Schließen einer PDF-Datei die nachstehende Fehlermeldung:

"Auf Grund eines Speicherschadens wird die Anwendung geschlossen"

Weiss jemand Rat, wie man diese störende Meldung wegbekommt bzw. abstellen kann ?

    Hello, the software has been installed on my PC with Windows 11 64bit since 11/2022

    if you still have the installation file (which probably requires no serial number), you can uninstall, clean and then reinstall.

     

    otherwise, there's nothing legal that can probably be done.

    that's probably an os message.

     

    how long has acrobat 7 been installed on the computer giving that message?
