Acrobat 7 - I want a CD - not a download

I paid good money for this program when I purchased it.  Now it's not working because of some stupid activation glitch.  I didn't have to activate it when I bought it, so why do I have to activate it now?  I tried the Internet Activation and it doesn't work.  I tried the Telephone Activation and it doesn't work.  In the meantime I cannot do my real estate files because of this problem.

On top of that, I have the Adobe Acrobat 7.0 PROFESSIONAL software and you don't have that on your website to download!!!

Is anyone from Adobe listening????

Adobe did some housekeeping prior to Christmas

Download a non-activation version of Acrobat 7 Pro here and it should continue to run OK

I don't want to have to depend on an Internet download in case my computer crashes! I purposely paid for a CD and I want a CD!!

OK, you'll have to wait for a response from Adobe staff. I don't work for Adobe.

When did you pay for the CD? When you originally bought the software?

Adobe's now offering you a non-activation download which you can then burn to keep forever.
