acrobat 9 pro will not load

I purchased the Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro March 19 2010. I've changed computers and went online to my site to download the program but it does not show up. I chatted yesterday with Adobw and they sent me to to a site to download program but it wouldn't load either. I download dmg file and double click and move main file to applications. I doubleclick and it appears to load but does not.
