Acrobat broken on MACOS 10.15

Adobe Acrobat 2022.002  on mac os 10.15

 

it won't start !

 

i delete all preferences , and start again ... nothing !

I delete the app and download again...... nothing !

 

Please Help !

Have you tried a fresh user account to rule out user account corruption in the OS?

never delete any adobe app.  properly uninstall.

 

at this point, try:



properly uninstall acrobat dc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud

if you're unable to download the cc desktop app at this stage, use the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

if that fails, how many other cc programs are installed on your computer?
