Acrobat DC Keeps saying it cannot recognise my subscription
Hi there
anyone have the issue of Acrobat DC not recognising their subscription - it has been resolved with one of their techs but still continues. If I cannot sort it shortly I will need to look at an alternative product as it is creatign asignificant issues for the workflow of our business. Sat on a call with a tech yesterday that took 3 hours and then they discsonnected. Not happy at all with the service at this point - usually they are good.
Any insights gratefully received.
