Acrobat DC perpetual license disappeared on LWS site and Adobe personal "can't find it"

Question

I purchased this product in 2015, and have been downloading and using it without incident ever since.  My most recent download was December 2024.  I tried downloading it today, and at first everything went smooth until I hit the actual download button on the LWS site.  The download window popped open, but nothing happened.  Eventually, somehow, the product disappeared from the LWS site while I was online. Called Adobe tech support and they don't even see my license on their end. Any thoughts on how to get my license restored, and to be able to download the product for use.

Hey that worked great.  The product was not listed there initially, but I found a spot where I could enter the serial number and "register" it.  As soon as I hit the register button, the product popped right up on screen with a download button.  I was able to download and install without incident.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Acrobat 2015 is End of Life.Even if you still had it, 10+ year old software is not secure. Best advice, use a supported product. It's safer & more compatible with modern equipment.
