Acrobat pro 11 gekochte versie

Ik kan de Cd goed instaleren maar toch vraagt hij naar een tweede nummer, hoe kan dat als ik het nummer al heb geregistreerd?

Ook als ik het nummer inleest is een streepje tussen de getallen niet mogelijk, wat doe ik verkeert?

Translating for anyone who might be able to help: Dutch yields....

I can install the Cd correctly but he asks for a second number, how is that possible when I have the number already registered? If I am reprograms the number is a dash between the numbers as possible, what do I do? Kind regards Greg Stoll

Cees.stoll is it possible that you purchased an upgrade for Acrobat 11?  If so then the second serial number being requested is for the qualifying previous versions serial number.
