Acrobat Pro 2020 activation count reset needed (Support unable to help)

Hi everyone,I am having an issue with my perpetual license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. I am getting an "activation limit reached / too many active PCs" error message.When I try to open the version on my old computer to deactivate it, the software requires me to sign in first, but it will not let me complete the sign-in or deactivation process due to the activation lock.I have already contacted Adobe Customer Support directly, but they told me they could not help me because Acrobat 2020 has reached its End of Life. However, I legally own this perpetual lifetime license and simply need the activation counter reset so I can use the software I paid for on my machine.Could a community manager or Adobe staff member please look into my account and manually reset the activation count for my license?Thank you for your help.

Unfortunately, nobody can remotely deactivate your devices from Acrobat 2020 to reset your limit. Only you can do that, providing your computer can communicate with Adobe’s servers.

Best advice: keep using legacy apps on your old computer until you can’t use it anymore.

Use replacement products on new devices.
