Acrobat Pro 2020 lifetime license can't active
After I entered the product number, it showed the message in the picture, and I can't use the program, even though I bought the program legitimately from a distributor as a lifetime license.
Okay, so when you contacted the chat support, they told you to "help yourself" and sent a link that wasn't helpful for solving the problem. That's incredibly frustrating, especially when you've legitimately purchased a product.
