Acrobat Pro 2024 3-year term license

We bought and downloaded the non-subscription version of Acrobat Pro 2024.  We have been unable to activate it and NO help from the support chat teams.  Worse, they tried to upsell us!

From whom did you purchase Acrobat Pro? 

If this was purchased from a 3rd party seller, they should have provided you with a 24-digit redemption code. See below about redeeming the code.

If they didn't provide you with a code, contact the seller.

@kelly_0509 Sorry to hear hat you are having issues with this (not an employee but a user!); Since the software doesn't show in the "Products" section of the Adobe account but the invoice is there, it strongly suggests you need to use a Serial Number to activate the downloaded software. 

Check your 'Spam' or 'Junk' email folder, you likely would have received an email from Adobe. Search for the purchase confirmation email from Adobe. The serial number is usually included there. Your invoice or order confirmation should contain a 24-digit serial number.

To begin the activation, open the installed Acrobat Pro 2024 application on your computer. When it launches, you should be prompted to sign in or license the software. Look carefully for an activation option such as "Provide a serial number," "License this product," or check the application's menu bar under Help > Activate. Since this is a non-subscription version, the crucial step is to enter the 24-digit serial number you located previously, as simply signing in with your Adobe ID is often not enough to complete the licensing process for these types of products.
