Acrobat PRO DC inactive and disappearing of the computer... (other Adobe apps OK)
Hello,
I am a client of Creative Cloud and I bought a new PC. I installed all my programs on it with, of course, the Creative Cloud Suite where I downloaded all the Adobe programs that I use : Photoshop, Illustrator, Muse and, the most important for me, ACROBAT PRO DC. All the programs are downloaded correctly including ACROBAT but… this one and only this one is not active : it appears as “installed” on the CC desk but I cannot click on it and it does not appear in the list of programs of Windows. All the other Adobe applications work correctly. If I restart my computer, ACROBAT is proposed for downloading, as if I had never downloaded it… I made the operation 5 times ; each time, the ACROBAT app is downloaded and, each time, it is not active and it disappears when I restart the computer. That is incomprehensible. I am lost… What can I do ? This program is really important for my job.
