Question

acrobat pro permanent licence number blocked

My problem has not yet been solved. My desktop PC with the only installation of Acrobat Pro 17 /permanent license and Photoshop Elements 15 crashed completely two weeks ago. I had an IT-technician fixing it, still there was absolutely no possibility to deinstall any software from the crashed PC. We had to set it up completely new. This is why my license numbers are now blocked!
I do not like the idea to throw away working software, I paid for some years ago.

  1. You need to contact Adobe Support directly: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
  2. Tell them your PC crashed and you couldn’t deactivate Acrobat Pro 2017 and Photoshop Elements 15.
  3. Ask them to reset your license activations.
  4. Provide your serial numbers and Adobe ID (email) used during registration.
  5. They will clear the old activations and your license will work again.
  6. Only Adobe can fix blocked licenses. No other method works.

Adobe support no longer has the ability to reset activations.

Your previous software is 8 - 10 years beyond its sell-by date.

I know how old my software is. I paid for it years ago and it worked
fine. So I see no reason why my licence number should be blocked just
because my PC crashed and therefore I couldn't deactivate my Acrobat Pro
beforehand. I am not willing to pay $240 a year for software I paid for
already.

Never post serial numbers online! It's a great way to get them stolen, and eventually blocked... I removed them from your post for you, although it might be too late.
