Acrobat Pro Trial

Question

When trying to download the acrobat pro trial version, it will take me to the "downloading" page.

But no file begins or finishes downloading. I have searched my download file and even just my computer in case it magically downloaded somewhere else, this is not the case.

How do I go about downloading if it automatically does not work
