Hello,

I am writing this post because my client who has an adobe subscribtion and she's not able to edit a pdf every few months (I've attached a picture of a popup she gets) : popup, Then she calls me and I need to remove and reinstall acrobat reader, But although she has acrobat pro licnese (Photo attached) :

It doesn't show in the apps I can download it.

I also can't see her account payment and licsensed details in adobe account.

She sent me an email from adobe that says she bought the subscribtion from digital river and when the license end, She'll need to renew it with adobe, But apparently the licnese is still valid.

Help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Can she log-in, and use Acrobat online?

The client contacted adobe, They remove all of her existing adobe software and she subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Studio, Which will hopefully solve the problem. I Assume it had to do with the closing of Digital River which she has bought her licenses from in the past and due their shut down.

Thank you all for the help.

your client should not be installing acrobat reader.  she should be installing acrobat pro.
