Acrobat XI Pro files closing automatically

Question

Acrobat XI Pro files closing automatically in 10-15 seconds. I had to reinstall Windows 10, prior to this re-install of windows, all pdf documents were working just fine. Now they are closing automatically. Any fixes ?? Please notify via email at REMOVED
