Acrobat XI quit working.  I uninstalled it then went to Creative Cloud to reinstall CC failed to reinstall Error code 50  help

W. Mercer Dye the steps are offered in the document referenced in message #1.  If you are on a managed network then please make sure to involve your I.T. department


Thanks for your help.  I finally just called Adobe and they fixed it

quickly by doing stuff that was clearly over this old man's head.

WMDATL please utilize the steps listed in Error "Failed to Install" Creative Cloud Desktop application - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop.html to resolve the Error 50 you are experiencing in the Creative Cloud Desktop application.

Thank you.  I did use the cleaner after all Adobe products were

uninstalled.  Still no luck re-installing Creative Cloud.  This happened

once before and Adobe finally had to fix it.  Thanks for your help.  Have a

great weekend.
