Activatation behind an authenticated proxy

Hello

I am trying to activate Photoshop on a computer that I used AAMEE repackage from Creative Cloud. We are a facility that ad

heres to the MPAA's restrictions on artist workstations having direct access to the internet. This means we have to use an authenticated proxy server to access the web.

When I go through the activation wizard I see some hits on the squid proxy server to a couple of images but no other hits

are recorded on the proxy server. This shows me that the proxy is being used (as set in Windows Internet Settings control panel) but Photoshop activation process isn't.

Does anyone have any guidance on activating behind an authenticated proxy?

Andrew

Hate to tell you this, but Adobe has been "investigating" this for years.  The only way I have been successful in activating and installing CC software is by logging into the CC as the user after creating an account for them and then installing what you need.  Expect it to fail a couple of times, but it "should" work for you.   If you are the administrator without an adobe account then the install will fail, hence the need to log in as the user with an adobe account.
