Question

Activate Adobe Photoshop/Premiere on New Computer

Hey all -

I've had Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere (both Version 13 according to my account) installed on my Mac since 2015.  I want to transfer them over to my PC because my Mac has been acting up - how do I do this?  When I sign into my Adobe account associated with Photoshop/Premiere, they don't show up under "My Plans" - only "My Products", meaning I can see them but can do nothing regarding activating or deactivating.  I tried signing out of just Adobe Photoshop on the Mac and then downloading Photoshop on the PC and signing in again, but it didn't pull up any of my account info, it says I only have a 7 day trial.

Help!

Several questions here. Which software do you have exactly?

Version 13 of full Photoshop is CS6 (released 2012).

Version 13 of full Premiere Pro is CC 2015.

or do you have Photoshop Elements 13 and Premiere Elements 13 (bundled together)? Was it in disc form (which comes with a PC and Mac license) or by direct download (which is PC only or Mac only)?

If you've got Elements then they will show up under My Products if you registered them.

My Plans is for Cloud subscriptions.

Sounds like you've got Photoshop Elements.

You've downloaded the trial version of full Photoshop CC (Cloud) which stops working after 7 days.

Hey John - yes, I have Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements.  I don't remember if I downloaded them via CD or direct download, all I know is I didn't buy them directly through Adobe, I got them as part of a photography package through B&H Photo.
