Activate AdobeSerialization for educational institutions teachers

Hi, I'm a teacher in a school that has Adobe licenses for teachers. I installed the programs one by one and have the AdobeSerialization.exe file, but even though I run it as an administrator, it doesn't activate the license. What can I do?

    Which Product version are you referring to?

      Do you mean that I have the activation for a version of the programs  and I could install another version? I don't know. The school gave me the AdobeSerialization.exe file in June, more or less, and I installed CC 2015
