Question

Activate after restart

I've got CC that can be installed on 2 machines. One is my laptop, the other my desktop. Every single day, after every restart actually, Adobe tells me to re-activate my desktop's license because it is already in use by my laptop and......my desktop. So for some reason, my desktop is seen as a new computer every single day.
Why does it not recognize my desktop from the day before? It's exactly the same computer, same name, same hardware, same software, nothing changed.
Any tips more then welcome.

Does it happen only when you try to use a single app on two systems simultaneously @rudinie?

Let us know.

No, I'm 100% sure that the laptop is off, when this happens. The issue is desktop, and desktop only, and the fact that it seems to be a new pc every single time I restart it.

Do you have an optimization program running in the background that may be removing Adobe info?

No, nothing that I can think of.
I think it has something to do with the startup of the PC. I've experienced something similar in a long last past. I think different parts of my pc, network card, bluetooth, wifi, are all starting up, and depending on which one was the fastest that day, the system gives them different ID's or something like that. Then with different ID's for the hardware, the computer gets another "signature", or something in that direction.

check your account and see what computers have activations, https://account.adobe.com > plans & payment > activated devices

It shows my laptop and my desktop. It thinks my desktop is another computer then the one I'm on, but it is the same computer.
