Correct answer Jeffrey_A_Wright

You should just be able to sign into https://creative.adobe.com/ by using your Adobe ID tied to your account.  You can then download the Adobe Application Manager and begin the install process.  You do not need to redeem your complimentary access code again.

Do you receive any error messages when you try to install?

Hi Dave, hi Jeff

thank you so much for fast reply. I tried to answer with email. Didn't work. Sorry.

Your questions: It's a brandnew MacBook Pro 15" with OS X.7.4

I'm a german adobe freelancer and had a complementary access to install with www.creativecloud.com/redeem.

First time with the old MacBook everything was fine. Today I deactivated Creative Cloud on the old computer in order to install it on the new one. Deactivation seemed to work, but when I try to install on the new Mac, I get the message "This code has already been used" ... my translation. Exact message in german: "Dieser Code wurde bereits eingelöst".

I looked in my Creative Cloud account - nothing is installed

I made a system update

and rebooted my Mac

Thanks

Bea

I'm moving this thread over to our download/installation forum.

Hi Post@jakobi-schulung.de

Can you provide some more details about what is happening in relation to the failure.

Info that will help:

- What version of the Mac OS?

- A detailed description of what is happening when you attempt to install and it fails

- The exact error message if you are getting one

- What steps or things you've already tried

Thanks,

-Dave
