activate license in another laptop

Question

I had my license and already activeted it in my old laptop.
As it has problem on LCD, I use another laptop. But, I can't use my license in this new laptop, eventhough it stated that the license can be used in 2 laptop.
I'd checked and there is no cativated user at time ....Please help...

If you can't deactivate a serial number you have to contact the Adobe support. Only they can reset the activation counter.
