Activate PDF doc posters for other readers

Hi - I have created a 22 page PDF book with audio files that are activated by one button (poster) on each page. It works fine on my pc/mac (which obviously open the PDF in Acrobat by default), but when I share via a Dropbox (Google/iCloud Drive etc) link - the document does not play: the posters are just regular inactive images only.

Is there a way I can address this? (The person I have created the rich media for is not able to see that I have done any work!!!)

Many thanks.

There are many different PDF readers, each has its own idea of what features to support. Many will not do rich media at all, you need to tell your recipient that they MUST download and then open in Acrobat Reader. If you cannot control this, rich media PDF is not for you.
