I received a new iMac for Christmas and would like to activate Photoshop Extended on the new computer.  I am unable to do so and need assistance.  Thank you.

(the software is still installed on my previous iMac - this would be a second installation

If this is only the second time it has been installed/activated then you should not be having a problem.  You are allowed to have it installed and activated on two machines.  What doesn't happen that causes you to say you are unable to activate it?

If you think you might have activated it at another time other than the one current working installation, then you would need to contact Adobe Support thru chat to ask them to reset the activations.  Since you might have to do that anyways if this is the case, then you could try deactivating the current working installation to free up an activation and then try activating the new installation.

As far as contact Adobe Support thru chat goes...  For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...
