Activate X in Windows

How can I find someone to ask why I am unable to Activate X in windows  10. or Delete.  I have tried a few ways an none seem to work.  I have followed your instructions and they do not work.  There is no error message just no answer.  I am unable to play the games on PCH and I have wasted many hours trying to figure how to get to a person rather than trying to follow instructions which go nowhere.  I consider you as a waste of time software. I do not use my g_mail account.  I use just internet explorer account.  My Google account is also a problem with my new computer.    Every time I think I am getting somewhere I end up going back to where I started.  I was going to talk to someone and then I ended back at the questions which I do not remember what my original question was or the software that I am using. How will I get an answer from you?
