Activating an older version of Premier Pro [CS3 is dead]

I purchased Premier Pro and other Adobe products in a bundle while back. Have been using it for years. I just purchase a newer faster computer and have installed these on that computer. Now, I am unable to activate them. The Adobe server is not at home and will not respond. There is no way I activate them over the phone either. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

CS3 and earlier are completely dead products that may not be activated

 

CS4-to-CS6 will still activate
