Activating apps on iPad with education account

Hello,

I have an student/teacher subscription and I sign in using my insitute's email. It allows me to activate upto two devices. My iOS device is setup with my personal email address. The sign in prompt shows only three options to sign in - using that personal email address, apple, google, fb. Is there any way I can use my subscription on the ipad?
