Activating CS6 Design and Web Premium after 7 days on DoD computers

Hello,

I am unable to access the activation servers and it has been passed the 7 day mark since installation of CS6.  Now the box pops up to Sign in now or Quit.  I need to activate this software but due to security measures on DoD networks it is hard to track down exactly why I cannot access the activation servers.  Any ideas?
