I need help also but not with any Adobe program.

As for Activation of any current Adobe program that is done by signing in to the program or the Creative Cloud desktop App with the Adobe ID you used to purchase the subscription you have. Once you do that no other action is needed. The Adobe programs your subscription is for are then Activated.
